BIOGRAPHY OF LADY REGINA L. SMITH
Lady Regina Smith was born on March 30, 1964 and raised in a god-fearing home and environment. She was educated in the District of Columbia Public School System. She along with her family worshipped at the Morning Star Pentecostal Church Washington, D.C. where the late Bishop Ramsey N. Butler was pastor.

In 1976 at the tender age of 12 years old, Lady Smith was baptized in Jesus name and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost. In September of 1985, Lady Regina was joined in holy matrimony to Minister Harry Evan Smith, and they continued their membership at the Greater Morning Star Pentecostal Church where Bishop Ramsey N. Butler emeritus where the successor and pastor is Bishop Charles Johnson. Lady Regina worked faithfully with the Music Ministry Department as choir directress of the Gospel Choir, and as assisting choir directress for the Mass Choir, and as lead vocalist for the singing group The Gospel Seasons until her husband Minister Harry Smith was called to the pastorate in July 1990.

Lady Smith operates under the auspices of her husband and pastor, Bishop Dr. H. Evan Smith the founder of The New Beginnings Ministry of Oxon Hill, MD. She serves in the following capacities: co-founder, trustee, preacher, teacher, conference speaker, choir directress, worship leader, and psalmist. In 2004, Lady Smith was appointed superintendent of Christian Education and she currently serves as the Director of The Davidic Timbrel and Dance Music & Arts Ministry and Women of Virtue Ministry President.

Lady Smith has received certificates from Evangelical Training Association. She is a graduate of Liberty University Institute of Biblical Studies. In 2002, she received an honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Ministry from the International Apostolic University of Grace and Truth, based in Dayton, OH. In 2006, Lady Smith was ordained an Elder at the United Cornerstone Churches International Holy Convocation based in Thomasville, NC. God has anointed Lady Smith with an awesome preaching/teaching ministry.

Lady Smith is currently working on a new project; she’s writing a book that’s entitled “Standing by Your Man through the Storms of Life.” This book will minister to the needs of every married woman, but especially to pastors & clergy wives as she expound on her life experiences and testimonies. In addition, “The Daughter’s of Sarah” possessing the promises of God even though we mess up and fall short of the glory at times.

Lady Smith qualified for the inclusion in the Untied Who’s Who Registry 2002-2003 edition in Deerfield, FL and The Manchester Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals 2005-2006 edition, Garden City, NY. She has been employed with the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies for approx. 19 years and she currently holds the position of Manager of Testing Services.

Lady Smith is very creative and multi-talented. God has truly blessed her marriage of 24 years and she is the proud mother of four children. Lady Smith is an example of a godly wife, mother, spiritual leader, and woman in ministry. Lady Smith is a woman of faith, prayer and power; one who has chosen to dedicate her life to being a true servant in the Lord’s vineyard.
